Our main business is providing in-house business writing courses. Here’s a link to general information about our approach to training and a list of courses.

Public Courses

If you only have one or two people who need training, you can register for one of our public courses. We schedule them in Toronto and Ottawa. We are getting quite a bit of interest for courses out West, so that might be next. Contact us directly to register.

Self-study Courses

If instructor-led training is inconvenient or impossible, you can purchase our self-study course. It’s popular with teams that are geographically separate. Yes, we’ll be putting it online soon! Also, we’ll be adding PayPal so you can purchase it online.

Licensing

If you have many people to train, strong facilitation and writing skills, becoming licensed to deliver our courses might be a good choice for you. Contact us to learn more.

Copy Writing

We’re all professional writers, and sometimes it makes sense to outsource a big, important writing job. Keep us in mind. We’ve helped our clients in all kinds of writing projects–from revising form letters to formal proposals.

Coaching

This is popular solution for senior staff who need help with writing but don’t have time to devote to a full course. Coaching takes less time because we teach only what you need–it’s not necessary to accommodate a whole group of learners. We like to help you write and edit work-related documents.
